Made by a process where the entire hose wall is fused together as one, encapsulating the high tenacity reinforcing braid into a tough, robust and durable option for higher pressure lay-flat hose. Vulcanization of Nitrile Rubber offers 60% greater toughness than non-vulcanized hoses for rugged operating conditions. Compatible to aqueous, oil, petroleum and other liquids recommended for use with nitrile rubber compounds. A light weight alternative option to rubber discharge hoses at pressures not exceeding our diameter to pressure recommendations chart.
