WAM Super Powerflex

WAM Stainless Steel metal hoses offer superior flexible solutions in even the most stringent requirements for industrial applications for extreme temperatures and pressures. WAM Stainless Steel hose is available in 1/4″ - 12″ nominal diameters and is made to ISO 10380 performance specification for dynamic cycling excess of 50,000 cycles.

Our workshop is fully equipped for the highest quality TIG welding procedures by our certified welders backed by welding procedure specifications (WPS).

Materials

  • Tube - AISI 316L / EN X2 Cr Ni Mo 1712-2 / DIN 1.4404
  • Braid - AISI 304 / EN X5 Cr Ni 1810 / DIN 1.4301
  • Available in 316 and 321 SS

Features

Corrugated flexible metal hoses with standard pitch annular corrugations, obtained by mechanical forming.

  • Temperature range: −273°c – 600°c
  • Certification: ISO 10380
  • Pressure rating: additional braids will add 50% to standard pressure rating
