Roiter WAM ASG410 Dry Food Hose

  • Applications: foodstuffs suction and delivery hose for filling and discharging silos and silo vehicles. Used to convey dry and dusty foodstuffs, grains, rice, sugar, flour, and animal feed.
  • Features: high-quality compound for tube and cover. Antistatic tube and conductive cover (according to EN ISO 8031:2009) prevents sudden discharge when the conveyed medium and/or hose become electrically charged. Can be used in explosive atmospheres as defined in Directive 94/9/ EC (ATEX 95).
  • Standard/approval: FDA title 21 art.177.2600 (a,b,c,d) for dry foods, BfR, ADI free, PHTHALATE free, D.M. 21/03/73.

(Steam cleaning without pressure up to 120°C/max 30min.)

  • Temperature range: −35°c – 80°c
  • Safety factor: 3:1
  • Tube: white, smooth NBR rubber compound, food quality according to FDA rules, odourless and taste free
  • Cover: black, smooth, fire proof and antistatic cloth impression CR rubber compound, resistant to chemical products, ozone and weather
